As a Christian birth doula, I support expecting families throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, and areas of Northern Kentucky and East Indiana. My goal, no matter your birth setting or plan, is to help you feel safe, informed, and confident in your choices.

Why Should I Hire a Doula?
Hot take: You don’t NEED a doula to be able to birth your baby.
Just like you don’t NEED a birth tub, a yoga ball, or even a birth plan. Your baby will be born no matter what you’ve done to prepare. Support tools help births go smoother – but you don’t HAVE to have them.
But tools are sure nice to have.

Comfort Techniques
I’m fully with you emotionally and physically throughout your whole labor. I bring hands-on knowledge with positioning, counter pressure, breathing, relaxation, and more that we can practice ahead of time.

When you’re having a baby, the world throws all its opinions at you – and it’s overwhelming! I help you get a clear picture so you can make informed choices that are best for YOU. I won’t push you in any direction, but will make sure you know all your options.
I'm incredibly thankful for Anna's support before, during, and after my birth! She never pressed me in to any decisions but helped me weigh all the options as I thought through my birth preferences.
