Labor Support Packages
I make sure my doula birth packages contain something for everyone – no matter if you’re a first time mom, pursuing a VBAC, or just want unwavering support in every decision.
Prenatal and postpartum visits contain a lot of the value in hiring a doula. I highly recommend taking advantage of these sessions to ask questions and get active in your birth prep!
Prenatal visits are typically 2 hours long in your home where we discuss all things pregnancy, birth, and newborn.
Postpartum visits are about 1 hour long in your home.

Foundation Birth Package
$950
- Free initial consult
- 2 prenatal visits
- We’ll discuss pregnancy, birth goals, options, stages of labor, coping techniques, and more!
- Text and Call Support
- Weekday communication for non-urgent updates. I’ll check in regularly and help you find resources
- On-call labor support
- Continuous in-person support from the time you need me, including at least 2 hours directly postpartum
- Text support postpartum as needed
Supported Birth Package
$1,200
- Free initial consult
- 2 prenatal visits
- We’ll discuss pregnancy, birth goals, options, stages of labor, coping techniques, and more!
- Unlimited text and call support
- Unlimited communication during daytime hours throughout week. I’ll check in regularly and help you find resources
- On-call labor support
- Continuous in person support from the time you need me, including at least 2 hours directly postpartum
- Text support postpartum as needed
- 1 postpartum visit
- We’ll discuss your birth and process any feelings surrounding that day, as well as talk about newborn care, breastfeeding, and how to navigate postpartum
- Labor Comfort Package
- I’ll assemble a basket full of my favorite comfort items for labor and bring it during our first visit!
Complete Care Birth Package
$1,500
- Free initial consult
- 3 prenatal visits
- We will have time to deep dive into birth education as well as any other areas you want to particularly focus on (such as high risk support, newborn basics, diet, etc.)
- I’ll accompany you to 1 provider appointment
- I’ll help you ask the right questions, understand your options, and create cohesiveness within your birth team
- Unlimited text and call support
- Unlimited communication during daytime hours throughout week. I’ll check in regularly and help you find resources
- On-call labor support
- Continuous in-person support, including at least 2 hours directly postpartum
- Text support postpartum as needed
- 1 postpartum visit
- We’ll discuss your birth and process any feelings surrounding that day, newborn care, breastfeeding, and how to navigate postpartum.
- Labor Comfort Package + Postpartum Comfort Package
- I’ll assemble baskets full of my favorite comfort items for labor and postpartum and bring them during our visits!
Birth Planning Session
Cut down on hours of anxious Googling and get back in the drivers seat of your birth experience! Let’s grab a cup of coffee and sit down to chat about what birth really looks like and help you become informed and prepared before it’s baby time.
- 3-hour birth planning deep dive
- In-person at local coffee shop or virtual chat
- Bring your questions and we’ll cover several topics
- Birth preferences, stages of labor, interventions, coping techniques, and more! Anyone involved in your birth is welcome to join.
- We’ll create a personalized birth plan
- We’ll talk about how to advocate for yourself, navigating hospital or home birth settings, and what to do when birth doesn’t go according to plan.
- I’ll follow up afterwards and send lots of resources along with your finalized birth plan
