Labor Support Packages
I want to make sure my doula birth packages contain something for everyone – whether you primarily want labor support or you want to focus heavily on support visits and birth/newborn education.
Prenatal visits are typically about 2 hours long in your home where we will discuss all things pregnancy, birth, and newborn. Postpartum visits are about 1 hour long in your home. I highly recommend taking advantage of these visits and bringing all your questions to them!

Basic Birth Package
Best for experienced moms who are confident in birth prep knowledge

- 1 in-home prenatal visit to discuss your top priority topics
- Unlimited text and call support
- Help finding resources
- On-call continuous labor support in person, including at least 2 hours directly postpartum
- Text support postpartum as needed

Standard Birth Package
Most moms choose this option so we can get to know each other very well, cover all topics, and get a postpartum visit
- Free initial consult
- 2 in-home prenatal visits to fully discuss pregnancy, birth goals, options, stages of labor, positioning, techniques, etc.
- Unlimited text and call support
- Help finding resources
- On-call continuous labor support in person, including at least 2 hours directly postpartum
- Text support postpartum as needed
- 1 in-home postpartum visit to discuss your birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, and navigating postpartum.

Premium Birth Package
This package is amazing for first time moms or others who want extra information and/or support
- Free initial consult
- 3 in-home prenatal visits where we have time to deep dive into birth education as well as any other areas you feel you need extra assistance – high risk support, newborn basics, emotional guidance, etc.
- Unlimited text and call support
- Help finding resources
- On-call continuous labor support in person, including at least 2 hours directly postpartum
- Text support postpartum as needed
- 2 in-home postpartum visits to discuss your birth, newborn care, breastfeeding, and navigating postpartum.

Labor Only Package
If you have done all your homework, feel confident going into birth, and just want support during labor - this might be the option for you.
I highly recommend utilizing visits in the other packages so we can get to know each other better, fill in any knowledge gaps, and include family members in the process, but I understand that there are some circumstances where labor-only support makes sense. If you change your mind, we can always add on prenatal/postpartum visits.

Birth Planning Service
- 3-hour birth planning session, either in-person at my local coffee shop or virtual.
- We will discuss birth preferences, the stages of labor, interventions, coping techniques, and more! Anyone else involved in your birth is welcome to join.
- I’ll email you some resources to help prepare you for birth.
- We’ll create a personalized birth plan, talk about what to discuss with your provider, and address what to do when birth does not go according to plan.
- Bring all your questions and concerns and let’s discuss them together!

These consults are FREE and non-committal. I normally prefer in-person so it's easier to get to know each other (I love a good coffee shop!), but we can also have a virtual consultation.
