As a Christian birth doula, I support expecting families throughout Cincinnati, Dayton, and areas of Northern Kentucky and East Indiana. My goal, no matter your birth setting or plan, is to help you feel safe, informed, and confident in your choices.

Why Should I Hire a Doula?
Hot take: You do not NEED a doula to be able to birth your baby.
Just like you don’t NEED a birth tub, a yoga ball, or even any kind of birth plan. You will birth your baby regardless of what or who you have present!
But those things are sure nice to have.
Doulas have been shown to greatly increase birth satisfaction and drastically reduce unwanted interventions.
How? By putting fully informed mamas back in the driver’s seat of their own birth! My goal is that when baby’s arrival rolls around, you will feel confident, know exactly what you want, and feel secure in your support team.
